Employment Type: Full-timeAvailable Positions: 1Location: On-siteApplication Deadline: February 17th, 2025SummaryThe Process Engineer is responsible for measuring and monitoring key process variables, working directly with operations and maintenance to resolve short-term issues, and solving chronic issues with the rest of the Research Development team.Key ActivitiesParticipate in new product development, new raw material qualifications, and operational standard and operating condition improvements.Directs and participates in process troubleshooting activities daily to urgently resolve acute process-related problems.Develop proposals and execute improvement programs to deal with chronic process issues.Develops and implements small capital projects as needed to carry out improvement programs.Provides process troubleshooting training and support to develop skills of technicians, operators, and municates with R&D personnel and helps coordinate plant activities related to product development.Works with Quality managers and coordinators to help understand product issues related to the manufacturing process and develop appropriate improvements.Preferred Skills Raining and experience in statistical analysis and scientific methods.Experience with LEAN manufacturing or similar process improvement methods a plus.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Educations & ExperienceA Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.Three to five years of industrial experience.Are you looking for your next opportunity?
