Guide and mentor a team of eCommerce Managers and Specialists to achieve departmental goals. Use advanced analytics and critical thinking to solve problems and confidently present data-backed insights. Conduct research to uncover trends and customer pain points to form innovative, customer-centric solutions. Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure quality execution and continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 5+ years in eCommerce, business analysis and / or product management.
