This individual will oversee client relationships, refine sales strategies, and ensure team success while engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to expand market share. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for leadership and a proven track record in sales within the plumbing or related industries.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and margin management to achieve and exceed company revenue goals.Client Engagement: Oversee client interactions via phone, email, and text, ensuring excellent service and fostering long-term relationships.Sales Operations Management: Guide the sales team in handling order processing, coding, and issue resolution, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.Market Expertise: Leverage industry insights to consult with clients on plumbing products and services, identifying new opportunities for business growth.Team Development: Mentor and manage sales team members, promoting a positive workplace culture and ensuring high performance.Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries, often working with incomplete or vague information, to deliver tailored solutions.Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely management of high-volume orders and adherence to shipping deadlines, especially during peak periods.Qualifications:Proven leadership experience in sales, ideally with at least 5 years in the plumbing or related industry.Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and managing profit margins.Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Word and Excel.Strong financial acumen, including understanding multipliers and pricing strategies.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
