Ascension Medical Group is looking for a full-time, Cardiology Electrophysiologist for Ascension Medical Group Heart Rhythm Institute. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide cardiology electrophysiology services for patients at Ascension Heart Rhythm Institute in Roseville, Michigan and St. Clair Shores, Michigan.As a part of our team, you will work collaboratively alongside another experienced EP Cardiologist, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, and a skilled support staff.Position Highlights:Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Call schedule is shared with the other EP physician within the practiceThere is built-in volume and well-established referral patterns with an opportunity to grow your own panel of patientsWork closely with our team of healthcare professionals, including Cardiologists and Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeons, to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.Responsibilities: Inpatient rounding is at Ascension St. John Hospital, Ascension Macomb Oakland Hospital, Warren Campus and one other near-by hospital during the week of call. The APP rounds independently at Ascension St. John Hospital. Clinical procedures include devices and ablations (no structural procedures). Device implants include pacemakers and defibrillators. Procedures include right and left sided ablations.About Ascension St. John Hospital: Ascension St. John Hospital was founded in 1952 and is a regional referral teaching hospital.
