In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals to new and existing customers. Your primary goal will be to maintain and expand our customer base in our north end territory.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.Maintain and grow relationships with current customers, ensuring their needs are met and they receive exceptional service.Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.Negotiate and close sales agreements.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Qualifications:Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals industry.Strong cold calling skills and the ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.Benefits:Competitive salary and commission prehensive benefits package, including health, and vision insurance, 401k with matching, paid holidays and vacationOpportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative team environment.401(k)401(k) matchingCompany carEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceCompensation Package: Base plus Commission pay
