Please apply below if interested.Position: Project ManagerLocation: Columbus, OH 43219MUST come onsite as needed3-4 days onsite will be flexible for remoteUp to 25% travel, all paid forSalary: 90-135K Flex (Based off years of experience)Bonus: Team Quarterly Bonus- Based on company EBITA (up to 5k annually)Commissions (Based on maintaining margins): Paid out when project completed (6-12 months long projects, multiple projects at once)Total average earnings: 150-180kInterview Process: 1 Virtual (times above) and 1 onsite (final) Open to Relo- Will Provide a relo package Must Haves:- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline- 4+ Years of professional experience within engineering project management or similar- Experience in Manufacturing Industrial background- Heavy equipment assembly, fabrication, assembly, manufacturing background, rigs, substations- Experience customer facing and communicating with vendors- Experience working in a sales engineering role is a plus- Experience managing budget for projects - specifically with external clients- EPC, EVM, Margins (Revenue vs. Cost), % of completion, Capital Projects- Experience handling multiple projects at once, project budget of 2-5MIL+ Day to Day:Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to work onsite in Columbus Ohio. The project manager will manage and deliver core projects for the client. They will be responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget and with highest customer satisfaction.Responsibilities include:Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget from sales handover to customer acceptanceAssess project risks and coordinate plan to mitigateIdentify critical path items and coordinate execution to scheduleDevelop and communicate project schedule with key milestone dates to external and internal customersTrack and communicate variances in budget throughout project life cycleDevelop material and operational improvements with the customer to deliver superior quality systemsCoordinate schedule execution to milestone dates with internal BIS groups including engineering, control systems, purchasing and procurement, assembly, testing, quality, logistics and technical servicesForecast all project materials and services for expected date that Costs of Goods Sold (COGS) and related Recognized Revenue based on key milestone completion datesAct as key contact and face of client expertise in communications with customers
