BIM Virtual DesignConstruction Engineer We are seeking a BIMGIS Coordinator who will work closely with the BIM Manager to implement BIM. Minimum Required Qualifications: • Minimum 6 years' recent experience in working in Architecture or Construction Management, with a specific focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM) • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or closely related degree. Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis • Knowledgeproficiency working and utilizing BIM for 4D and project coordinationclash detection. Knowledgeproficiency performing modeling and coordination task within Revit Navisworks • AutoCADAutodesk RecapBIM360 • Experience with LiDAR and Photogrammetry • Experienceknowledge performing data management task within SharePointBIM360 DocsBluebeam •Experience working with Design and Construction Teams Preferred Qualifications: • Required well-rounded experience working with Design and Construction Teams • Experience working with Engineers, Architects and Contractors • Strong knowledge of BIM workflows • Experience knowledge to perform data management task within SharePointBIM360 DocsBluebeam Experience managing submittals and CCDsRFIs • Experience knowledge to perform field survey and data collection with LiDAR scanner
