Travel Physical Therapist - $2,166 per week

Certification Details BLS Current NH License Job Details Physical Therapist (PT) position at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, New Hampshire. The role involves performing evaluations and treatment sessions for patients, typically one patient at a time. Job Requirements Minimum 2+ years current PT experience (No New Grads) Previous travel experience - Highly Preferred NH license must be in hand at profile upload EPIC and Expro experience - REQUIRED Cover page (if available/not required) Work History License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NH License ((or compact)) and BLS) Schedule Information Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Unit Specific Information Typical Patient Day/Load/Ratio: 60 minute evaluations and treatment sessions 30 to 45 minutes as appropriate based on diagnosis. Additional Details Covid vaccinations strongly recommended, but not required Dress Code: Either personal scrubs of any color or business casual (Athleisure/stretchy clothing ok too, but no leggings, crop shirts, etc). No open toe/back shoes. This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
