Hospital: Methodist Texsan Hospital Location: San Antonio Unit: Physical Therapy (762) Classification: OT or PT Shift Detail: 8A-5P Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs. Job Requirements Must have In-Patient Rehab and/or hospital experience Active PT License - no Temp License allowed 2 Years + experience in Rehab and/or acute hospital preferred Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred NDT or brain injury certifications preferred Schedule Information Shift/Workdays: 8A-5P Weekend - 2 Weekend shifts a month Start time is no later than 8:00 a.m. Must work two weekend shifts a month will have day off during the week Unit Specific Information Documentation system: Meditech Floating policy: As needed Dress Code: PT/OT: Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pant, sage green scrub jacket. White or black undershirts only. Nail Policy - Clean and Healthy. Hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Tattoos should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually. Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited.
