Certification Details BLS ACLS PALS NIH Certification Job Details Adult and pediatric burn trauma surgical ICU RN. Primary RN Care model. Nursing care ratios 1:2 for critical care patients. 1:1 nursing care support for burn trauma code 1 admissions and high acuity and post-operative patients. Needs include invasive hemodynamic monitoring (At least Q 1 hr), IV drip titration, nurse driven burn fluid resuscitation following Parkland formula, ventilator management, CVVH, Q 1 h pulse and flap doppler checks, initial debridement and dressing changes, conscious sedation, surgical recovery, epidural pumps. Job Requirements Current Indiana RN license required. Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start. Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler. 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start. Documentation of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required.
