Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,161 per week

Certification Details BLS RN IL license Job Details General Job Duties: Functions as a member of the Patient Care Team to provide professional nursing care services to patients admitted, transferred, and discharged from OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care provided to assigned patients. Equipment utilized: Epic electronic medical record. Required skills: General medical Level of Care experience preferred; 2 years Med/surg experience. Job Requirements Current State license as a Registered Nurse required (RN IL license). BLS (American Heart) certification required. Minimum of 2 years Med Surg experience. Schedule Information No Call. Every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday on Day Shift and either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday on night shift). Every other Holiday (specific holidays listed). Unit Specific Information Unit currently has 13 beds, with plans to expand to an additional 10 beds. Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4-5; 25/7. Travelers will have 1st day Epic training and HealthStream work, then will receive 2 12-hr. shifts with unit preceptor. Additional Details Does the candidate require any time off?
