If you're a confident, hands-on coach with a passion for scaling sales teams and creating winning systems, this is the opportunity for you.OVERVIEWThe Sales Manager (Setter Team) will lead and coach a 14-person outbound Setters focused on appointment setting for high-ticket coaching and education programs. This role requires a strong leader who can refine sales processes, optimize performance metrics, and build a culture of accountability.This on-site leadership role in Scottsdale, AZ, is key to elevating team performance through hands-on coaching, call reviews, script optimization, structured training, and lead flow improvements. You'll drive energy, accountability, and results, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.This role offers a performance-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential and a clear path for career growth within a high-impact, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Develop - Manage, mentor, and hold accountable a team of 14+ Setters, ensuring they hit and exceed KPIs while maintaining high energy and engagement.Coaching & Performance Optimization - Conduct call reviews, provide structured feedback, and implement training programs to sharpen sales skills and improve conversion rates.Systems & Process Improvement - Refine lead flow, follow-up strategies, and sales scripts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Sales Enablement & Tech Integration - Ensure the team effectively uses CRMs (HubSpot) and automation tools to track performance and optimize outreach.Strategic Adaptation - Adjust team strategies for new offers, market shifts, and evolving sales priorities while keeping performance high.Who We're Looking ForProven Sales Leadership - 3+ years managing inside sales teams (Setters, SDRs, Appointment Setters) in high-volume, outbound sales environments.B2C High-Ticket Sales Expertise - Experience in coaching, education, or high-ticket B2C sales where purchasing decisions are emotion-driven.Performance & KPI-Driven - A track record of exceeding targets, holding teams accountable, and implementing data-backed decisions to optimize results.Coaching & Development Focus - Skilled in 1:1 coaching, training, and mentoring to improve team performance.Tech-Savvy Sales Operator - Proficiency in CRMs, sales enablement tools, and analytics dashboards to drive process efficiency.Deep Knowledge of the Industry - Familiarity with Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Jeremy Miner, Alex Hormozi, Grant Cardone, and other leaders in the coaching, personal development, and knowledge business space.Confident & High-Energy Leadership - The ability to motivate, hold teams accountable, and maintain a winning sales culture in a fast-paced environment.Why ApplyCompetitive Compensation - $70,000 base + OTE $140,000 - $150,000yearGrowth Opportunity - Lead a growing sales team and gain executive-level exposureDirect Impact - Play a pivotal role in scaling a mission-driven company that changes livesHands-On Leadership - Work directly with executives and leadership to drive performance and sales strategyOn-Site Sales Culture - Thrive in a high-energy, collaborative environment at our Scottsdale HQ
