With us, you'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with people who exemplify the entrepreneurial spirit and work together as a team to continually think bigger and bolder.Power, Torque and Driveability experience are nothing without Controls.The Vehicle and Propulsion Controls organization (PVPC) is the "brain" of the Propulsion Systems division aimed at translating Performance and Functional Objectives into Controls features implemented in the embedded SW.The PVPC organization scope spans the V development cycle with the following core missions:translate system specifications and objectives into requirementsdistribute control functions and networking strategiesimplement core functions and diagnostics algorithm designvalidate the functions to requirementsThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the global planning, execution and programs coordination of the Controls and SW platform solution for Engines Transmissions Hybrid Battery Charging eMotor Electronic Control Units.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Providing Feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & SW to the vehicleprograms.Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System Community as primary interface.Coordinating Controls Features development.Defining Feature Roll-out Plan (What and When) that aligns to over all program milestones and objectives.Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and Risk mitigation.Requirements:As you will be working on Complex Systems, it is essential the successful candidate can show a proven record of working on hisher own initiative and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical solutionsBachelorMaster of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience (5 years in automotive)Ability to work in an Agile environmentPrevious experience as ControlsSW developer, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plusFluent English
