Title: Financial AdministratorLocation: Hybrid Schedule- 3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote (will be 5 days on site during training period)Hire Type: 6 month contract (possible extensions and full time hire)Hour per week: 40Pay Range: $29hr - $39hrQualifications: 1-3 years of experience in financial administration or a businessfinance related degreeKnowledge or experience working in any financial systems or experience with data entryIntermediate excel experience (spreadsheets, tables, formulas, sortfilter data)High attention to detail and clear communicationOverview:We are seeking a Financial Administrator in the Cincinnati, OH area. This person will join a team of five and be responsible for coordinating and monitoring fiscal administrative duties. This includes assisting faculty and staff with travel and expense reimbursements in SAP Concur, assisting in processing of guest payments, preparing financial reports to check balances and funds, etc. This person will be required to pass an Excel test as they will need to be knowledgeable in creating spreadsheets and tables to track funding and comfortably filter data to ensure accuracy in budget allocations. They will also be required to have very clear written and verbal communication as they will be communicating directly with faculty and staff on revisions.Benefits:Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access with employer matching, begins after 90 days of employment.
