Client Job Description:NYC-based Asset Management FirmLocation: Midtown, NYCExperience: 2-4 yrsTitle: Valuations Analyst Associate Base 100-130k + bonusHybrid: no mention, should be one day WFHBase: 100-130k + bonusRole:The Analyst Associate will analyze company financial statements, develop valuation memos, and review financial models for Private Credit BDC transactions. Responsibilities:• Participate in monthly, quarterly, annual, and daily valuation processes for all private credit funds • Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of portfolios• Prepare valuation documentation for monthly Valuation• Participate in technology, data, and process implementationenhancement projects.Qualifications:• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant valuation experience• Bachelor's degree in finance andor accounting with a demonstration of high GPA • CPA or CFA preferred, but not required• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Financial modeling skills, with a high proficiency in Excel• Clear ability to dissect and absorb complex documentation• Knowledge of Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ is a plus• Ability to learn the financial services industry and apply related concepts• Must be able to work in the US with no restrictions (H1B, any VISA, etc.)
