Quality Technician (FSQA)Location: Carrollton, TX (Dallas, TX)Pay: $21HRShift: M-F, 7AM to 4PMIndustry: Food ManufacturingQualifications: Bachelor of Science in foodculinary related fieldExperience in food and beverage industries, or similar regulated environments involving qualitylab checks, are preferred.Responsibilities:Ingredient Quality Testing: Receive and test ingredients to ensure they meet quality standards.Production Equipment Swabbing: Conduct routine swabbing of production equipment to check for allergens and other quality metrics.Titrations and Metal Detection: Perform titrations and ensure the metal detector is functioning correctly.Collaboration with Production Team: Work closely with the production team, staying busy and motivated even when production slows.Environment Management: Spend significant time in both laboffice settings and on the production floor. Be prepared for varying temperatures and dusty conditions due to production activities.
