Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Amazon Ecommerce Manager to manage our company's online business on Amazon. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace and be able to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue while also managing day-to-day operations on the platform.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue on Amazon and ShopifyOptimize product listings, keywords, and other content to improve search rankings and conversion ratesMonitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvementManage inventory and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of ordersMaintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotionsCollaborate with other teams, including marketing and product development, to drive growth and profitabilityStay up-to-date with Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performanceRequirementsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field3+ years of experience managing an Amazon e-commerce business or Shopify storeStrong knowledge of Amazon's marketplace, policies, and best practicesProven track record of driving sales and revenue growth on AmazonExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis toolsBilingual in Mandarin preferred but not required Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)Performance-based bonuses401(k) Retirement PlanHealth InsurancePaid Time OffRetirement PlanTo apply, please send your resume to or visit for more information.
