Head of Sales For a company that develops capital equipment as well as an AI based 3D robotics machines for visual inspection to large manufacturers.The company is active in different markets: Electronics, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Metal and Plastic and for different applications.The head of sales would be leading a team selling the products to large manufacturing clients as well as robot vendors, metrology vendors, automation vendors and machine vision vendors.The head of sales will also be responsible for managing channels, and build business partnership with key companies, and domain experts.· The executive should oversee and supervise all business development efforts: identifying business partners, design partners and companies who are domain experts and leaders in different market segmentPre-Requisites for this position:· Experience in selling capital equipment products or Robots to global industrial clients- As Electronics, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Metal and Plastic or Companies that manufacture MachineParts or Robots these industries- A must!· At least 5 years of experience as VP sales or sales Director Head of sales- a must·· Good combination of interpersonal skills, creativity, and passion· At least first degree in one of the following areas: Economics, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, PhysicsAbility to travel- a must
