LHH is currently partnering with a well-known property management organization in the Baltimore County area to hire a Lease Administrator. This full-time, permanent position is available to start as soon as possible, with a salary range of $50,000 to $57,000, depending on experience. The role requires working onsite five days a week and offers free parking. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, the ability to perform annual reconciliations, read and interpret leases, determine tenant responsibilities, and perform calculations using various formulas. If you are open to learning more, please apply today!Responsibilities: Ability to interpret and draft leases.Knowledge of real estate laws and leasing practices.Exceptional attention to fortable making collection calls to tenants.Strong analytical skills with a focus on resolving discrepancies.Excellent reading comprehension skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally.High energy, with a positive and proactive attitude.Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently when needed.Must be able to work on-site during core business hours.Experience:2 years of experience in billing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in commercial real estate or property management, particularly in Lease Administration, is preferred.Expense reconciliation experience is a plus.Experience working in a team-oriented office environment.Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager is preferred (but not required).Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat is required; experience with creating spreadsheets and formulas in Excel is a must.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
