Leasing Administrator

LHH is currently partnering with a well-known property management organization in the Baltimore County area to hire a Lease Administrator. This full-time, permanent position is available to start as soon as possible, with a salary range of $50,000 to $57,000, depending on experience. The role requires working onsite five days a week and offers free parking. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, the ability to perform annual reconciliations, read and interpret leases, determine tenant responsibilities, and perform calculations using various formulas.
