We're looking for a Cook to join our team! As a Cook with Mosaic, you'll be responsible for preparing food items according to a scheduled menu while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. What you'll do: Prepare and serve meals to meet nutritional needs of individuals served Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food is maintained and served at safe temperatures Maintain a clean and safe work environment by implementing cleaning schedules and procedures Monitor applicable dietary restrictions and changes to ensure accuracy of meal being served Maintain safe and efficient operation of all equipment Commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging: At Mosaic, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone has the chance to contribute and succeed. Ideally, you should have: A passion to help others Six months experience in quantity food preparation HS Diploma or equivalent Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.
