You support our team as Director, Application Team Air Springs Responsibilities Define and execute global customer strategy. Align and achieve Target Business Plan together with Sales by winning target business and substitute lost business by Opportunity business ensure long-term sustainable and profitable growth. Monitor and assure profitability of all customer related projects over lifecycle - contribution margin focus. Establish as key contact for customer's Engineering team and maintain close relationship. Lead, develop and coach your Application Team to achieve maximum effectiveness and best-in-class results by making best use of available resources. Lead projects in line with VC procedures (APQPVCProMaP). Take full responsibility for the project results in terms of quality, cost and timing in all phases of the project from RFQ to EOP. Manage change management and realize VAVE ideas Solve development-related customer concerns (time, quality, cost) and support problem-solving of serial production quality issues. Develop and work on innovation and global standardization projects in collaboration with Product Engineering. Execute Vibracoustic strategic initiatives and support organizational development projects. Qualifications BachelorMaster degree in Engineering or other technical subject. Experience in the described key tasks, Project Management. Strong communication and presentation skills across cultures AVSNVH product know-how is an advantage. Leadership skills. Team player, assertiveness, entrepreneurship, strong commitment, strong communication skills. Product Engineering Innovation data, Sales planning, Product and Plant Cost structure.
