Excel Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 03/17/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Home Health covering Racine and Kenosha counties: Most patients are within 20-30 minutes but could have occasional patient that could be close to an hour away (not common). There is not a physical office they will report to, all meetings are held virtually. Supplies and equipment will be delivered to traveler's home. Candidate MUST provide their own transportation to/from all patient visits. Traveler will be expected to see 6 patients per day. Patients will all be home health adults/geriatrics with post-stroke, post-joint replacement, weakness, deconditioning, COPD, CHF, etc. Should be prepared and able to work alongside other discplinaries (RN, PT, etc.). Candidate MUST HAVE: - 3 years OT experience in Skilled Nursing Facility, Home Health, or acute care. - 1 year RECENT home health experience - experience in ADLs and adaptive equipment - active OT license (WI) and BLS (AHA) - Bachelor's degree in OT - Reliable transportation, active driver's license, and auto insurance. HIGHLY PREFER candidate with EPIC experience, but not required.
