Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/03/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Travel Order () MedSurg Float Pool RN 12 HR NOCS Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital Albany, GA AUTO OFFER UNIT Radius rule: 75 miles Biweekly orientation (OPEN TO 17 WEEKS) Guarateed hours: 36 hours per week hours not guaranteed week of orientation facility will consider 48 GSA if traveler is open Primary location: Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital - 417 W 3rd Ave, Albany, GA 31701 Float Requirements: Yes, to all acute care and cardio to take care of medical, or Emergency Center for acute care patient holds; mid-shift floats are uncommon (emergent needs only) Weekend requirements: Rotate every other Holidays: Must work 1 winter holiday On call/Call Back: is rare Break: 30 minutes EMR: Meditech Expanse: experience preferred but not required Education: Associates required; bachelors degree preferred Required certs to be attached upon submittal: GA or compact RN license required, AHA BLS, and AHA NIHSS Preferred: AHA ACLS Minimum experience: two solid years on a MS unit, travel preferred Scrub requirement/Uniform: Caribbean blue or white Starbucks inside!
