We're hiring a Strategic Account Executive to join our small but mighty team as we build the platform that empowers manufacturers to measure, manage, and reduce their carbon footprint. This is a unique opportunity to shape not only how we sell, but also how we grow and scale our sales function from the ground up.We need a strong hunterself-starter mentality who excels at building relationships from scratch and methodically turning prospects into long-term partners. You'll thrive here if you love wearing many hats: pipeline strategist, process builder, relationship expert, and closer.This is a hands-on role that requires creative flexibility, a knack for building relationships, and a relentless drive to deliver value to our customers.If you've generated and managed complex enterprise deals from start to finish and crave the challenge of building something meaningful from the ground up, give us a shout!Who is our customer? Pathways works with the largest manufacturers of building materials in North America and Europe...think steel, cement and wood products.
