Teijin Automotive offers employees the opportunity to join a leading edge company within the composite material industry and enjoy the benefits offered by a growing company in North America and internationally.Essential Job Functions:Cover the press line for all hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.Work on and permanently improve all building, production, and maintenance plete appropriate documentation and logbooks.Support and assist all work plete scheduled preventative maintenance on all building, production, and maintenance equipment.Assist in setting molds and dies when necessary.Keep machinery, equipment, and plant structure in operating condition.Maintain and install piping, fittings, valves, gauges, traps, and all types of controls for high- and low-pressure hydraulic systems and steam and airlines.If assigned second or third shift, complete die changes and project work.Preventative maintenance, and lubrication of various machinery.Responsible for any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.Assist in shut down and start-up of the plant according to procedures.Cover for vacations and illness on the shift and be able to work overtime on short notice.Has responsibility for continuous improvement, corrective actions and quality of products.Qualifications and Requirements:Must be able to read electrical, hydraulic and wiring print. Must be able to prioritize workload with other work centers.Must possess a valid tow motor license.May be required to work overtime with little or no notice.May be required to rotate shifts when needed.Must possess good oral and written communication skills. High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.Strong organizational skills. Ability to handle a wide variety and diversity of tasks.Work content shall include but not limited to: • Carry out Maintenance process per supervisor instruction expeditiously and perform tasks in a professional manner • Support workflows, effective layout, and optimum process conditions • Provide P.M. for facilities equipment and production equipment • Suggest modifications and improvements to PM • Accurately document time and materials on PM forms or work order • Determine possible maintenance problems, identify, and repair • Monitor equipment performance. Notify supervision of deviations to normal speeds. • Review production fixtures and provide input • Review and provide input on new facility equipment • Support cost savings programs for the manufacturing site • Support housekeeping programs for the manufacturing siteMust have or be able to obtain current tow-motor license • Fall Protection Training • LOTO • Aerial Lift Certification
