Sterling Medical is currently looking for Certified Medical Coder (must have previous coding experience) On-Site at Naval Medical Center,San Diego, CA Great Pay, 2 Weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION..... AfterTraining this position would be 20% (1 day) working on base and 80% (4 days of the week) teleworking from home. You must live within the range to access the base one day a week after training. (up to 50 mile radius of the base) Qualifications Experience (8) Three years of outpatient coding experience working in patient abstract coding preferred. Coding auditing is a plus but not required. Must have working knowledge of ICD codes, (CPT) Current Procedural Terminology, and(E&M) Evaluation and Management codes. ·
