Job description: Your New Role As our new Service Manager you will be part of an exciting journey and have influence over Ammongas' RNG expansion in North America. You will coordinate technical projects from A-Z, handle meetings with stakeholders, give technical sparring including QA & QC on work done by Project Engineers, and report back to the HQ on continuous commissioning and troubleshooting. In addition, you will work closely with our commercial team in the United States, being an ambassador for Ammongas in North America. Areas of Responsibilities Technical project management, incl:Offering technical support to internal and external stakeholders, namely Project Managers, coordinators, and customers Sparring with customers and Operation Leads at the RNG plants Taking charge on QC, resource and budget management, and risk analyses Maintenance planning for various RNG plants Dimensioning of pumps, heat exchangers, and pipes Inspection during workshop production and onsite construction Assisting in Commissioning activities and service onsite Required profile: Your Background A degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering You have +5 years of experience within engineering and technical project management You are a proficient user of AutoCAD 3D, Office 360, and MS Projects You are fully proficient in English Your Contributions You work independently and thrive with responsibility from day one You are proactive and very well-structured You ensure that tasks are completed, deadlines are met, and results meets the agreed requirements, frameworks, and rules You are focused on cost, profitability, and efficiencies, and continuous improvement and lessons learnt You have excellent communication skills and are skilled in establishing solid relationships with various internal and external stakeholders Company description: Would you like to further develop your career in an innovative and truly international company focusing on a sustainable and green future? Your New Team You will be part of the Ammongas Technical Project & Service Engineering team which consists of 12 colleagues located in different geographies, working closely together with our project, business development, and commercial teams. We tailor solutions to our Biogas and RNG customers who wish to produce green biofuel and green CO2. We have entered new markets as many countries are looking for proven solutions to support their way to a green energy transition, driven by national and international project developers ranging from farmers to large energy groups. In recent years, the company has moved more into the area of CO2 capture and liquefaction, and has one of the first operational pilot projects in Denmark. Ammongas is in the process of an internationalization with several projects outside Denmark's borders in Europe and the United States. Ammongas was acquired by European Energy in 2022 with the purpose of facilitating new possibilities in the development of biogas upgrading and carbon capture in Denmark and abroad. Workplace: Ideally, you work from our office in Houston, Texas. It is also possible to work remotely with opportunities to flex work from our office in Austin, Texas. Travel Activities: You should expect 70 travel days per year, travelling within the US and visiting our HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark.
