Responsibilities: Develops and manages relationships with commercial clients in the assigned business segment andor geographic area as well as leads a team of commercial lenders who will do the same. Approves transactions within delegated authority. Manages overall relationship profitability and portfolio risk and is responsible for profitable growth of the portfolio assigned. This may be accomplished through active calling efforts and referrals from existing customers, providing exemplary level of service, identifying and promoting solutions to customer needs, and maintaining an active calling program. Will be responsible for building out this market, specifically targeting companies with revenues between $50-500MM. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience required. Minimum 5 years of credit experience required Prefer previous leadership experience. Ability to work on a hybrid schedule based in Atlanta.
