SAP RAR Consultant

Role: SAP RAR Consultant Location : Austin , TX & Cupertino , CA(Onsite)Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) ConsultantAnalyst to manage and optimize revenue recognition processes in SAP.Key Responsibilities• Implement and Configure SAP RAR: Set up and maintain SAP RAR in alignment with business and financial requirements.• Revenue Recognition Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 ASC 606 and other financial regulations.• Integration & Data Migration: Work with SAP S4HANA, SAP FICO, SD, and BRIM to enable seamless revenue processing.• Business Process Analysis: Assess and optimize revenue recognition workflows.• Testing & Validation: Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify SAP RAR functionality.• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and enhance the SAP RAR module.• Reporting & Analytics: Generate revenue reports and support financial closing processes.• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and auditors to improve revenue accounting processes.Required Qualifications• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.• Experience:o 2-5+ years of SAP RAR experience.o Strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15, ASC 606).o Experience in SAP S4HANA, FICO, SD, BRIM is a plus.• Technical Skills:o SAP RAR configuration and implementation.o Integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.o FioriUI5 experience (preferred).o SQL and ABAP debugging skills (advantageous).• Soft Skills:o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.o Excellent communication and stakeholder management.o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Certifications• SAP RAR Certification• SAP S4HANA Finance Certification
