Overview: We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive the change management efforts for our SAP S4HANA Public Cloud implementation within the RetailCPG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading large-scale technology transformations and a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.Key Requirements:Experience:5-7 years of experience in change management, with a focus on large-scale technology implementations, ideally in the RetailCPG industry.SAP Expertise:In-depth knowledge of SAP S4HANA Public Cloud and its impact on core business processes, including finance, supply chain, and inventory management.Key Responsibilities:Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a robust change management strategy tailored to the RetailCPG industry for SAP S4HANA Public Cloud adoption.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, department heads, and employees to align change objectives and gain organizational munication Leadership: Drive clear, consistent, and impactful communication efforts across the company, ensuring key messages reach the right audience at the right time.Training & Development: Design and execute customized training programs and materials for both business and technical users to support SAP S4HANA adoption.Resistance Management: Identify and address potential resistance, including user hesitancy and process disruptions, using proactive strategies and advanced tools.Process Optimization: Work with functional and technical teams to analyze the impact of SAP S4HANA Public Cloud on key CPG processes and ensure smooth integration.Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced change management tools (e.g., digital training platforms, collaboration software) to facilitate a seamless transition and continuously improve processes.Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs to assess change management effectiveness, providing senior leadership with progress updates and adoption insights.Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor the change management team, fostering best practices and professional growth.Skills:Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.Proficiency with advanced change management tools and methodologies.Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a transformative SAP S4HANA implementation and drive meaningful change within a dynamic RetailCPG environment.
