Akkodis is seeking a Customer Engineer for a 6 Months contract position with a client located in Secaucus, NJ. Ideally looking for applicants with a strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, Data center is a plus.Job Title : Customer EngineerLocation : 800 Secaucus Rd, Secaucus, NJ-New JerseyDuration : 6 Months Pay Range: $28hr - $30.53hr on w2 (without benefits), the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location and other factorsSchedule - 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Mon - SatEnd User Device Install, Repair, Setup, Configuration, Upgrade. Office MovesSetup and Minimal migration.- -What is the role doing? (For example, deployment, configuration, support)(Smart H&F) supporting one of our banking client for all things network related including Escort services, basic network cabling and Customer communications.-- What is the technical environment, & minimum (technical) skillsexperience needed?Minimal technical support; CCT preferred with (1+) year experience. One year of Data Center Experience preferred.-- Are there any professional accreditations required for the role?Net+; CCT preferred.-- What are the nice to have skillsexperience?Networking experience and ticketing system (SERVICE NOW).-- Does the resource need experience of working in any particular sector?No-- Will the resource be working alone or in a team?Team.
