Commerical Loan Closer

A local CRE Lending Firm will add a Commercial Loan Closer to their local staff. The ideal candidate will have commercial closing experience with commercial real estate loans of at least 3 years. You will be working in the office with the Executive Team.Responsibilities includeReview closing documents closely for accurate and due diligence. Close, Fund and follow the delivery process of assigned loansInteract with internal departments and other third parties to ensure loans are closed timelyProvide due diligence and work with assigned attorneysWork directly with customer to thoroughly complete closing documentsQualifications3 or more years of experience in commercial loan closingSome college preferredExcellent time management, organizational and teamwork skills
