Senior Portfolio Manager

Our client is an investment management firm with approximately $900 million of assets under management for individuals, endowments and trusts. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will support the Portfolio Management and Operations departments. This full-time position is office based (Cincinnati, Ohio), in person, small team environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:ï‚· Monitor and manage the portfolios; identify changesadjustments that need to be made in the portfolios.ï‚· Conduct research for stock selection using Company Investment Strategy Guidelines and present stock recommendations to the Investment Committee.ï‚· Analyze prospective and current client portfolios based on risk profiles, account time horizon, taxes, cost, etc.ï‚· Meet with existing and prospective clients. This includes preparation and follow up for client meetings.ï‚· Perform and monitor daily trading activity. Review trades on ongoing basis.ï‚· Perform market analysis and identify trends that can lead to investment or allocation changes to portfolios. Report and follow up on changes with department.ï‚· Remain up to date on ideas, trends, and investment options.ï‚· Research, coordinate, and resolve client needs that arise.ï‚· Conduct quarterly and ad hoc portfolio analysis for clients and prospects.Experience and Requirements:ï‚· Degree in Finance or previous work experience with a wealth management firmï‚· Series 65 required, CFA level 1-3 preferredï‚· Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsï‚· Proficiency with Morningstar portfolio management softwareï‚· Familiarity with TD Ameritrade andor Charles Schwab custodial software
