We are owned & operated right here in Texas and are continuing to add to our team.Ideal candidates for our Customer Support Representative position will be upbeat, organized, detail-oriented office professionals who enjoy helping customers both over the phone and in person. We are looking for charismatic and energetic professionals who enjoy cultivating relationships with our VIP customers.Responsibilities:Schedule virtual appointments with clients to help them set up their compliance accountsOutbound calls to current customers to follow up and inform on account statusLearn & apply various state & federal regulations for small & medium healthcare offices in TexasHandle inbound phone calls from current clients who need compliance guidance or assistanceOrganize & maintain client roster including compliance status and follow-up schedulesCollaborate with team members to provide top tier customer serviceQualifications:1-2 years experience in an customer-facing positionHigh-level organization, time & task management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCandidates should have great energy, a positive attitude, and genuinely enjoy working with customersMust be proficient with MS office & Zoom, and generally good with technologyBachelors Degree in relevant field preferredCompensation:$45,000 SalaryMedicalDentalVision Benefits After 90 Days401K OptionPaid Time OffNo weekend worklate hours required.
