We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Quality Engineer to ensure that every product delivered to customers meets or exceeds their expectations in terms of quality, safety, and performance.PV Hardware (PVH) is a leading provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market. Our product portfolio includes trackers, fixed structures, and SCADA systems, designed to optimize the performance and reliability of solar energy projects worldwide.Qualifications:Education: Degree in relevant studies is preferred.Experience:5+ years of experience in a similar position.ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 knowledgeKnowledge with Electronics and PSBsKnowledge about different gauge types is mandatoryKnowledge of the welding processKnowledge on reading drawingsLanguage: Must be fluent in English.Responsibilities:Developing and Implementing Quality Standards: Establishing quality control procedures, WIs, guidelines, and specifications for products, field services and manufacturing processes.Monitoring and Testing: Conducting inspections, audits, and tests to ensure that products comply with both company standards and industry regulations.Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in product design, manufacturing processes, and quality management systems, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Problem-Solving: Analyzing root causes of quality issues, determining corrective and preventive actions, and working with teams to resolve any defects or process failures.Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, production, and supply chain) to align on quality objectives and ensure that products are manufactured to the highest standards.Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of quality assessments, corrective actions, and improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirementsKPIs Monitor the required data on daily basis and complete KPIs on monthly basis and prepare reports as requestedMaterial Selection and Replacement: Evaluating the performance and quality of materials used in production, and recommending or implementing material replacements when existing materials do not meet quality standards, cost efficiency, or performance criteria. This involves working closely with suppliers, reviewing material specifications, and ensuring that any replacement materials maintain or improve product quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.Follow-up on Remediation and Material Replacements at Customer Sites: Responsible for monitoring and following up on remediation efforts for quality issues identified at customer sites. This includes coordinating with customers to assess the problem, arranging the necessary material replacements, and ensuring that the replacements meet quality standards.
