Job Description - Construction Senior ControllerCFOResponsibilities:Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Manage AR, AP, payroll, job costing, and monthlyannual close processes.Lead CCIP reporting and audits in collaboration with the Risk Manager.Improve financial policies, controls, and processes for growth.Optimize financial systems with the CEO and Executive Team.Supervise external auditors, tax advisors, and estate planners.Hire, train, and manage accounting staff.Oversee creditcollections and support project cost tracking and analysis.Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide strategic financial insights to leadership.Requirements:Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBACPA preferred).15+ years in construction accounting, including Controller experience.Strong public accounting background (CPA preferred).Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Sage 300.Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
