Manufacturing Assembler

Working Hours: 7am -3:30pm, but there is expected 10-15 hours of overtime required. During the week until 5:30pm. And weekend 7am -3:30pm.Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines andor follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience.Lifting Requirement: 50 lbs.Assembling electromechanical cabinets and sub-assemblies3D model interpretations with strong problem-solving skills. Lots of micro problems - needs to analyze models and solve problems as they go alongDeal w PVC Teflon and other plastic tubingPneumatic pumps valves driversSchematics blueprint readingPCB assembly will no have the relevant experience for this role.Needs to be familiar with Microsoft SuitePast careers with success in the role - HVAC experience automotive experience in hydraulics (industrial automotive) Anything with hydraulic systems like CAT, Booms, construction type equipment that use hydraulics.
