If you're looking to join an inclusive work environment that prioritizes a dynamic experience, this is the job for you!ResponsibilitiesReview, revise, and negotiate confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, marketing materials, and other documentationMaintain the firm's confidentiality and restricted trading lists, as well as service provider agreementsManage entity formation documents for funds and portfolio companiesOrganize, file, and archive transaction documentsCoordinate with internal teams to fulfill Know-Your-Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and other compliance requestsQualificationsBachelor's Degree required2+ years of paralegal experience in a banking or law environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to negotiate effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
