The ideal candidate will lead the maintenance team in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant equipment and facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a growing organization that values integrity, innovation, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner.Lead, coach & mentor the activities of maintenance team members.Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and efficiently.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance in PM program.Qualifications:Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices, including both 480V & low voltage.Previous supervisory experience is preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and leadership skills.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
