This is a direct hire, 1st shift M-F position.OverviewBrand-New CNC EquipmentWork with a top tier team of skilled machinists & engineersInvestments in the best high-end tooling to produce top-quality partsWhat You'll Do:Develop CNC programsDesign machining methods, processes, tool sheets, and setupsProve out programs on the shop floor & optimize machining efficiencySupport new machine implementation & automation (robotics, CNC strategy)Improve tooling selection, cycle times, and production processesMaintain & update legacy CNC programs as neededBackground:5-10+ years of CNC programming experience (Esprit, MasterCAM, GibbsCAM, EdgeCAM or related)Experience with 4-5 axis mills & mill-turn lathesAbility to lead process improvements on the shop floorUnderstanding of GD&T, tooling design, and surface plate inspectionFor immediate consideration submit your resume to Recruitment is an EOE
