Branch Manager - Flower MoundJob Summary:The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall daily operation, controls and leadership of retail branch staff and to meet overall performance objectives.Provides secure, accurate, responsive, and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers at all times. Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and banking relationships.Primary objective of this position is to lead by example in being a trusted advisor to every internal and external customer. Inspires confidence and builds lasting relationships by consistently exhibiting each of the trusted advisor skills in order to help our customers identify and achieve their financial goals.Essential Job Functions:Responsible for performance management, leadership, training, coaching and development of retail branch team.Manage and direct overall branch operations; oversight of all cash; security and operational controls within the branchPerform as back-up in all positions they supervise including handling escalated customer needsEnsure high customer satisfaction through the hiring and retention of appropriate talent.Ensure high employee satisfaction by creating an encouraging and motivating environment with a focus on successful team dynamics. Other Job Functions:Conduct Branch Wide MeetingsOversee branch facility and act as a liaison for issuesconcernsOversight of branch equipment service needs and requestsOther duties as requested by their supervisor or other management representatives of the bank.Job RequirementsQualification Requirements:College experience preferred High School diploma or GED required3+ years of banking experienceProficient in Microsoft Office(Excel and Word)Good oral and written communication skillsAbility to maintain customer confidentialityKnowledge of basic math calculationsAbility to read and understand regulations, policies and procedures; uses grammatically correct and clear oral and written communicationAbility to work in a fast paced environment and to work well within team environment presenting a positive customer service demeanor and attitudeMust comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related andor consistent with business necessity.
