Our client is hiring for an Executive Assistant to the President and CEO!About Our Client:Our client is an independent footwear company with a full stack infrastructure to design, develop, distribute and drive all go-to-market activity for global creatives in the footwear space. The company was founded in 2022 by Luke Wood (former President of Beats by Dr. Dre and a VP of Apple) and Charles Mangan (founder of TITOL, Manager, Cactus Plant Flea Market and former CMOCOO of Travis Scott's Cactus Jack).Position Overview:The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President and CEO, managing both professional and personal responsibilities with discretion and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing all aspects of their day-to-day operations.Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth coordination and minimal conflicts.Prepare, prioritize, and follow up on correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive.Act as a liaison between the executive and internalexternal stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.Assist with meeting preparation, including drafting agendas, taking notes, and ensuring action items are tracked and followed up anize and maintain confidential files and records.Provide personal assistance with errands, scheduling, and day-to-day activities as needed.Handle personal correspondence and communications, maintaining a high level of discretion.Coordinate personal appointments, including medical, travel, and other personal events.Manage special projects, events, and tasks as directed by the executive.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to C-suite executives or senior management.Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Skills:Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.Strong verbal and written communication skills.High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Keynote, and other productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Asana, etc.).Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the executive.Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Key Attributes:Proactive & Resourceful: Able to anticipate needs and take initiative without waiting for direction.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in managing tasks and maintaining accuracy.Discretion & Professionalism: Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive matters with integrity.Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization and external contacts.Flexible & Adaptable: Able to handle a variety of tasks and shifting priorities with grace.
