Location:Open to candidates in New York, Washington DC, or Miami. Remote options available with potential to open a new office in the U.S.Role Overview:The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in finance and development, a strong M&A track record in clean energy and energy transition, and the ability to generate revenue through client relationships and deal execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute M&A and capital-raising transactions in the clean energy and energy transition sectors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with infrastructure funds, institutional investors, and strategic industry players.Drive business development initiatives, identify new deal opportunities, and secure mandates.Manage the full transaction lifecycle, from origination and structuring to negotiation and closing.Support and mentor junior team members to enhance deal execution capabilities.Collaborate with existing partners and senior leadership to grow the firm's presence in the U.S.Potentially establish and lead a new office location (NY or DC) to expand market reach.Candidate Profile:15-20 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or project finance, with a focus on infrastructure and clean energy.Strong M&A and capital-raising experience, preferably with a track record in core renewables (solar, wind, battery storage).Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through client relationships and deal execution.Understanding of project finance structures and the ability to manage complex transactions.Based in the U.S., preferably in NY, DC, or Miami, with flexibility for remote pensationBase salary of $180KUncapped bonus potential based on revenue generation and deal execution.
