Let us help you achieve your career dreams.Job Title: Maitenance SupervisorType of Role: Direct HireLocation: Burlington, WASalary Range: $85,000-$110,000The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team ensuring the smooth operation of our clients 247 solar manufacturing facility. This hands-on role involves planning, organizing, scheduling, and overseeing daily maintenance activities. The Supervisor will also train, supervise, and evaluate team members. Strong organizational, planning, follow-up, and communication skills are essential for success in this highly collaborative environment.Role and Responsibilities:Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and adjusting mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and equipment.Able to interpret technical documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.Skilled in the safe and effective use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.Dedicated to improving equipment reliability to minimize downtime, optimize efficiency, and ensure high-quality product output within safety guidelines.Contributes to cost-effective maintenance material purchasing and vendor selection, following established procedures.Collaborates with the Maintenance and Reliability Manager to develop and implement a preventative maintenance vestigates equipment failures and breakdowns, implementing corrective actions to enhance reliability and performance.Monitors parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness within budget.Leads maintenance-related continuous improvement projects, providing regular updates to management.Selects and manages external resources (contractors, suppliers) to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.Maintains compliance with all relevant regulations.Promotes a positive and motivated team environment.Prioritizes safety and environmental protection.Skills and Experience:Solid understanding of engineering principles, encompassing electrical, mechanical, and robotic systems.Expert in interpreting wiring diagrams and electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, as well as ladder and function block logic.Proficient in Microsoft Office petent in general mathematical skills, including fractions and decimals.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with industrial PCs and PLCs (specifically Siemens Step 7 and Beckhoff TwinCAT) and electrical circuitry, including contactors, relays, maincontrol voltage, limit switches, and proximity sensors is preferred.Perks and Benefits:$85,000 - $100,000AnnuallyPaid Time Off401(k)MedicalDentalVision Insurance PlansEmployee Assistance ProgramTuition Reimbursement Program?Employee Recognition ProgramsEmployee PV Panel Purchase ProgramAbout the Company:Our client company fosters a collaborative and innovative environment where employees are empowered to contribute to cutting-edge renewable energy solutions.
