AEITS, Inc. is looking to grow its team! We are seeking an Entra ID Active Directory Engineer to support our customer in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The Entra IDActive Directory Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity management solutions, ensuring the seamless integration and operation of Active Directory and Entra ID within an organization's IT infrastructure.Location: Annapolis Junction, MarylandAll work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.Clearance: Active Top SecretSCI security clearance with Polygraph.Certifications: IAT Level 2, CompTIA Security+ CEMission: As an Entra ID Active Directory Engineer on this government program, you will be providing support for this important government agency.Requirements:U.S. CitizenshipActive TSSCI with polygraphTwenty (20) years of relevant experience.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the migration of Entra ID and Active Directory services for Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure platforms.Develop and implement strategies, processes, and procedures for the effective migration of Entra ID and Active Directory to the cloud.Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to assess current on-premises environments, identify migration requirements, and establish migration timelines.Ensure the readiness and compatibility of on-premises systems for cloud integration and migration.Design and implement security measures, policies, and controls to safeguard Entra ID and Active Directory services in the cloud environment.Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and reliability of Entra ID and Active Directory services in the cloud.Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Entra ID and Active Directory services.Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions to educate IT teams and end-users on new cloud-based Entra ID and Active Directory functionalities.Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Entra ID, Active Directory, M365, and Azure technologies.Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed to support migration and ongoing operations.Desired RequirementsNoneEducation and Required QualificationBachelor's degree with a technical focus is required and Twenty (20) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management or relevant experience.ORHigh-School Diploma or GED and Twenty-Five (25) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management or relevant experience.TravelLess than 10% of travel may occur.BENEFITS - Full-time Employees401K with employer contribution.
