As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Retirement Plan Advisor to join our team.Job Overview:The Retirement Plan Advisor will serve as a Relationship Manager and play a crucial role in leading retirement plan committee meetings, providing investment advice, executing employee education initiatives, conducting fee benchmarking, and offering plan design consultation. This individual will work closely with plan sponsors to ensure the effective management and administration of their retirement plans, delivering high-quality service and support to help participants achieve their retirement goals.Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management:· Build and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors, committee members, and key stakeholders.· Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and issues related to retirement plans.· Lead and coordinate regular committee meetings, presenting on plan performance, investment options, and fiduciary vestment Advisory Services:· Serve as a 3(21) investment fiduciary, providing expert advice on the selection and monitoring of plan investment options. Ensure that all investment recommendations adhere to fiduciary standards, prioritizing the best interests of plan participants.· Develop and maintain investment strategies tailored to the specific needs of the retirement plan. Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments of investment options, making necessary adjustments to align with the plan's objectives and regulatory requirements.Business Development:· Identify and establish relationships with business owners and to understand their financial needs and goals.· Proactively engage with participants of retirement plans to assess their financial situations and uncover opportunities for comprehensive financial planning.· Utilize networking, referrals, and direct outreach to grow the client base and generate new business opportunities.Employee Education:· Design and deliver comprehensive employee education programs, including workshops, webinars, and one-on-one meetings.· Create and distribute educational materials to help participants understand plan features, investment options, and retirement planning strategies.· Promote financial literacy and wellness initiatives to support participants in achieving their retirement goals.Plan Design Consultation:· Provide expert guidance on plan design and implementation, including eligibility criteria, contribution structures, and vesting schedules.· Work closely with plan sponsors to customize plan features that meet the unique needs of their organization and employees.· Assist in the implementation of plan changes and enhancements, ensuring compliance with regulatory pliance and Regulatory Support:· Assist committees by confirming compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.· Provide fiduciary training and resources to plan sponsors and committee members.· Stay updated on regulatory changes and provide guidance on how these changes may impact the plan.Fee Benchmarking:· Conduct thorough fee benchmarking analyses to ensure plan costs are competitive and reasonable.· Present findings and recommendations to plan sponsors to help optimize plan expenses and enhance cost-effectiveness.Qualifications:· Securities Licensed (Series 6, Series 7, or SIE)· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.· Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.· Minimum of 3 years of experience working with investments.· Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations governing retirement plans.· Professional designations such as CFP®, CRPS®, or QPFC are highly desirable.What We Offer:· Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.· Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.· Opportunities for professional growth and development.· Collaborative and supportive work environment.
