The VP of Finance will be instrumental in shaping financial strategy, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the organization.Why Join GLDP?Growth-Oriented & PE-Backed: Work closely with Shore Capital Partners, a firm known for accelerating growth in healthcare and scaling high-performing companies.High-Visibility Leadership Role: Engage with C-suite executives, board members, and investors to drive financial strategy.Fast-Paced & Impact-Driven: Lead financial operations for a multi-site healthcare business, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth.Clear Path to CFO: This role is designed for upward mobility, offering the opportunity to take the next step in your career.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting functions to drive data-driven decision-making.Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Shore Capital Investment Team, providing tactical and strategic financial counsel.Reporting & Analysis: Lead the creation and distribution of financial reports, including monthly financial reviews, site-level P&Ls, and board vestor & Lender Relations: Own communication with Shore Capital Partners and banking partners, including liquidity management, compliance, and financial reporting.Operational Efficiency: Streamline financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and risk management.Annual Budget & Audit: Lead cross-functional budgeting processes and oversee annual audits and tax compliance.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in a similar finance leadership role within a multi-site, high-growth environment (healthcare or PE-backed experience is a plus).Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and strategic financial planning.Public accounting or transaction advisory background preferred (Big 4 or similar is a plus).CPA strongly preferred; MBA or Master's in FinanceAccounting is a plus.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling capabilities.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented organization.
