Process Engineer

Source One is a consulting services company and we're currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant with our direct client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in, Raleigh, NC This is a (Hybrid) roleJob Title: Process Engineer Location: Raleigh, NC Pay Rate: $58.00hr (W-2)Duration: 12 months, with likely extension 40 hoursweek, Mon-Fri, Hybrid3 days on-site Travel will be about 50% of the time to PA sitesTravel will be reimbursedJob Description:• A minimum of eight (8) years of processplant engineering experience in GMP MFG large molecule biologics and Capital Construction facilities experience.• Experience in green or brown field GMP MFG facility start-up including process systems, automation, utilities, facilities, and operations.• Strong technical background in Process and Manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations and financial fundamentals.• Strong analytical skills to synthesize business needs, manufacturing requirements, engineering elements, and technology inputs, etc. into business solutions• The ability to lead andor support multiple projects simultaneously• Defines technical or scientific direction of programs composed of multiple complex projects• Engineers new and modifies existing processes to ensure right first-time process startup• Track record of successful program execution and team outcomesEducation Required:Minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University DegreePreferred Qualifications:MSMBAPh.D.PE Certificate preferredFPX certification and Six Sigma andor Lean experience are a plusISPE andor ASME BPE active participationTotal Working Experience:8+ YearsPlease Note: This position is W2 hourly.
