Accounts Receivable Specialist

About The OpportunityWe are looking for an AR specialist who will in large part be assisting with collections and working with large corporate clients with their invoicing needs. You will be working directly with contacts, as well as in third party portals to submit invoices. You will work with other AR team members, Sales and client support teams. You may assist with processing receivables and reconciling deposits. You may also assist with some AP related tasks, such as employee reimbursements.The Impact You Will MakeCollect on assigned past due accountsPull and manage data to create corporate client invoices using both Excel and AdobeSubmit invoices into 3rd party portals, such as Coupa or AribaFollow up with clients with any updates or corrections as necessaryCoordinate with Sales and client support teams for invoice requirementsAssist with other accounting tasks, such as payment processingdeposit reconciliations as appropriate What You Bring to the TableYou must have good excel skills with pivot table experienceDetail oriented--with focus on balance and accuracy1+ years of AR experienceReconcile accounts with the client as requestedBe professional in your communication with clientsBe a team player working well with other departments Got These?
