What You'll DoRepresent Global Lingo's solutions and services, building a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and conducting research to identify how our services can meet client needs.Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new sales opportunities.Manage and maintain an active pipeline of prospects, collaborating with sales executives for the next steps.Develop and refine best practices to enhance the company's lead generation playbook.Use SalesForce, cold calling, and email outreach to generate new sales opportunities.Understand prospect needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.Establish long-term, trusted relationships with prospects, qualifying them as viable sales opportunities.Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.Schedule meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives.Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager. What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or at least 1 year of relevant work experience.Strong communication skills through phone and email.Proven ability to creatively problem-solve and strong analytical skills.A strong desire to advance within a sales organization.Familiarity with HubSpot, Cognism or other CRM systems is preferred.· Highly motivated and target-driven to achieve salesPrior experience as a sales development representative with a track record of achieving sales quotas is a plus. Additional Skills That You Might Also Bring (Nice to Have)Experience with other CRM softwareKnowledge of the language solutions or translation industry.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
